We are looking for a Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate Must have at least 2 years of oral surgery experience and be a natural leader. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Doctor in all surgical procedures
• Manage the schedule, supplies and orders
• Oversee infection control protocols – sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment
• Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of oral surgery assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and oral surgery procedures
• Radiology certification (X-ray)
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Travel reimbursement available when applicable
• CPR Certification
  
  

Schedule

• Availability in Berks and Lancaster County Full-Time or Part-Time hours available
