Key Responsibilities
- Present and discuss treatment plans and financials with patients.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the doctor and team.
- Schedule prescribed treatments and coordinate patient care, including specialist referrals within American Dental.
- Collect patient copays and oversee financial transactions.
- Lead by example to maintain an efficient and supportive work environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable discussing financials and treatment plans with patients.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
