Summary :
The Field Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting operations for multiple dining field locations. The Field Accounting Manager will work closely with the finance and operations teams to analyze financial data, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting administrative functions, expense and invoice tracking, and maintenance of precise financial records.
- Take ownership of all accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, and reconciliation processes, making sure they are accurate, done on time, and follow accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, providing essential information to support senior management and financial planning.
- Ensure financial data is correct by checking it thoroughly, entering data in a timely fashion, and analyzing past and current financial data to find opportunities for growth and improve efficiency.
- Understand internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory guidelines.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
