Summary

Responsibilities
- Learning and maintaining knowledge on campus meal plan, locations, and overall hospitality programs.
- Involvement in meal plan and dining program information tables at events. As well as creating event social media content, campus communication updates, and assisting with event set up and break down.
- Maintain excellent customer service towards guests through engagement and a positive demeanor.
- Adhere to campus hospitality safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
- Learn and utilize the tools and technology available to complete daily tasks and projects.
- Assist management team with office administration tasks.
- Other marketing or hospitality related responsibilities as assigned.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Interest in Sales or Marketing.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written to successfully promote and engage customers.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
