Your Role: Accounts Specialist
As an Accounts Specialist, you will be a key stakeholder in managing the company’s accounts process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with account executives and production staff to ensure clients are billed in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Create, review and process invoices accurately and timely. Verify coding, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure client payments are received in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies.
What You Bring:
- At least an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Experience working with unique project billings is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
