Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and scheduling, ensuring smooth workflow from start to finish.
- Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage expectations and logistics.
- Oversee permits, HOA approvals, and compliance requirements to prevent delays.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges, keeping projects running efficiently.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, making necessary adjustments to maintain profitability.
- Ensure clear communication between homeowners, crews, and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in home remodeling.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
