American Eagle Bank located in South Elgin, Illinois is seeking to hire:
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):
- Work directly with customers to reconcile loan accounts by telephone, email or text
- Process a variety of routine financial transactions such as loan payments
- Respond promptly to customer inquires
- General clerical duties including, but not limited to: filing, completing spreadsheets, data entry, locating files, making copies, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented, well organized, and a team player
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills that allow the individual to effectively interact with both customers and co-workers
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheets
