POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as a social media champion, both internally & externally, through ownership of TikTok, seasonal influencer campaign management and
reporting.

Social media platform management
- Manage brand owned TikTok account, inclusive of posting schedule, commenting and interacting with followers and relevant content
- Source and manage content creators to execute on creative concepts for TikTok
- Be at the forefront of TikTok trends and creators and brainstorm ways to make them relevant for the brand
- Report on platform’s performance and strategize on improvements
- Partner cross-functionally throughout organization to meet business needs and priorities
- Create and edit TikTok content when necessary
Influencer, Brand Talent & Ambassador Management
- Coordinate, develop and execute social media influencer, ambassador and brand talent campaigns with third-party agencies
- Write detailed creative briefs for campaigns and manage creative concepts execution
- Report on influencer engagement, impressions, sentiment and key learnings by campaign
- Work closely with brand team to identify and develop storytelling opportunities with external partners
- Merge the asset needs from organic social and paid media in conjunction with the overall marketing message to create a cohesive
Influencer plan and creative briefs
- Partner cross-functionally with business strategies, styling, pr, content, graphic design and video teams to execute campaigns
- Reporting and Social Listening
- Provide reporting to key internal business partners on the status of social media trends, engagement and sentiment
- Analyze seasonal performance and identify new opportunities to improve engagement across social media channels, specifically TikTok
- Research and monitor competitor’s presence in the social space on a quarterly basis
- Complete marketing cross functional seasonal hindsight report in efforts to analyze the wins and losses of the social activations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communication, or related field
- 2 years of Social Media or PR experience with passion for social media and an active online presence
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google & Internet applications, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) a plus
- Well-versed in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, BeReal, YouTube Shorts
- Experience with social engagement, monitoring, listening and measuring tools (Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Spredfast, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
