Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Sales and Marketing at American Eagle Paper Mills in Tyrone, PA. Provide leadership and coordination of company sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in senior-level sales and marketing roles, ideally within the paper industry or a related sector.
- In-depth understanding of the paper industry, its dynamics, and key players.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, achieve marketing objectives, and build high-performing teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote.
- Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
