Description
American Endovascular a leader in the fields of Amputation Prevention, Endovascular, & Interventional Radiology is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager for nursing homes will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing relationships within the healthcare and senior living sectors.
Responsibilities :
Developing and executing growth strategiesto increase the client base and expand the business.
Building and maintaining relationshipswith key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and families.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunitieswithin the nursing home and senior living industry.
Managing and retaining existing client relationshipsto ensure satisfaction and continued business.
Collaborating with internal teamsto create and present business proposals and negotiate contracts.
Traveling within a designated territoryto meet with prospects and clients.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector.
Education : A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills : Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement business strategies, and a proven track record of generating business.
SNF or LTC experience preferred but not required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
