AET is hiring a Business Analysts I to support and Optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 at our HQ in St. Paul, MN
Job Summary
The ERP Business Analyst I under the guidance of the ERP manager will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of AET’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, this position plays a critical role in connecting IT and engineering functions, contributing to the day-to-day support of the Dynamics 365 applications including CE or Finance and Operations. This position provides a conduit to better understanding the requirements of the organization and acting as a liaison between the development team and business users. Work closely with project teams, end-users, and senior analysts to understand requirements, support system configurations, facilitate user adoption, and implement new business solutions. Support training strategy for Dynamics applications.
- Supporting the Dynamics 365 applications including CE and Finance and Operations
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for MS Dynamics, ensuring all requirements are documented accurately and completely.
- Participate in testing activities for system updates, including user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution meets the needs of the business.
- With oversight support Dynamics applications including managing escalations with internal and external resources.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and recommend improvements, changes, or new processes within Dynamics.
- Work closely with various teams ranging from key users, IT, Leadership, and external partners
- Participate in developing and executing project plans, scoping, and costing to ensure successful execution.
- Communicate progress and status of day-to-day changes, improvements, new features, etc.
- Lead testing and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Take a hands on approach to troubleshooting

Pay Transparency
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $52,600-$70,300 on an annual basis based on skill set and experience. AET offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, insurance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), long term savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
