Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawn and Tractor Service Advisor located in Farmington, NY. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling aftersales. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers about their service needs, coordinating service appointments, and following up on service completion. In addition, the role will help greet customers and answer inquiries on parts, service, and available products and services. The role involves working closely with the service, parts, and logistics team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Aftersales
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with the service team
