Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to support sales growth for our bridge and fashion jewelry lines, focusing on mid-tier department stores. This role requires a proactive professional with proven experience managing key accounts, building strong industry relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Senior Account Executive will identify new opportunities, expand account penetration, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to buyers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Build and maintain relationships with mid-tier department store buyers to maximize sales and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Support and implement strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for jewelry categories.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business within existing and new accounts.
- Market Analysis : Monitor trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.
- Sales Reporting : Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to align on product assortments and sales strategies.
