Job Description:

The Manager of GCS Insights will focus on inspiring & educating the GCS organization with insights, to drive better-informed business decisions and instill a customer-first mentality. You will also support a best-in-class Voice of the Customer program which includes working on a cross-functional team to deliver insights and share customer trends from the program such as NPS, sentiment & essentiality across products.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This Manager role is responsible for building positive relationships with colleagues in Product & Marketing Insights (PMI) in GABM, GCS Marketing & Product, Privacy/Compliance, Finance and Strategy, along with external partners such as our market research agencies, survey technology provider, & creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Curator Lead insights content engine which involves finding and developing compelling, visual content on a weekly and monthly cadence
  • Activate & Enable Creatively showcase key insights across GCS channels so the organization can easily digest, understand, and action information.
  • Customer Voice Champion: Coordinate a Voice of the Customer program, entailing analysis, reporting, and socializing takeaways with business partners.
  • Data Advocate: Passionate about using quantitative and syndicated insights to analyze and assess customer and business performance, and finding opportunities for unlocking business growth
  • Diligent: Ensure all information is accurate, timely and relevant.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be proficient on the current business payments landscape including news, trends and key players, be passionate about storytelling with data and have strong project management and communication skills.

  • 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Passionate about insights and storytelling, along with a positive “go getter” attitude.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the evolution of the business payment product, FinTech and competitor landscape within the US.
  • Strategic problem solver with a proven track record to develop and effectively synthesize large amounts of data & information into clear insights, strategies, and recommendations.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead, implement, and supervise multiple initiatives simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills that engage and inspire partners across all levels.
  • Attention to detail/accuracy is critical as well as the ability to shift and change ideas quickly.
  • Advanced Excel skills required to efficiently work and handle large quantities of data, such as such as PivotTables/Charts, Data Visualization, Macro’s, and Data Sorting & Filtering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B financial services marketing experience
  • Market research experience
  • Experience leading creative agencies to keep projects in scope, on budget, and on time

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
