Agency located in Bemidji, MN
American Family Insurance agency owner is seeking talented, caring individuals to join their agency team. As a licensed customer service representative, you’ll provide service to existing clients by answering insurance-related questions and discussing product offerings with prospective customers to help meet their unique needs, processing payments, and agency data entry. You must always be willing to learn something new every day and have the ability to thrive in an exciting environment.
Role Requirements:
- The ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work
- Have a positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience with software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Experience using a wide range of technology devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers
- A valid driver's license
- Must obtain your license in Property and Casualty
- Previous Customer Service
- Must have previous office experience, able to multi task and take direction from agency management.
