Our agency has been in business since 2001 , and we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our clients. Our current Office Manager has been with us for all of our 24 years and is preparing for retirement, making this a unique opportunity to step in to a stable and well-supported role.     • Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Answer incoming calls and assist clients with billing questions, policy inquiries, and claims follow-ups .
  • Policy Management Review accounts, suggest missing coverages and additional policies to ensure clients are fully protected.
  • Administrative Duties Monitor agency notifications, follow up on outstanding tasks, and manage basic office operations.
  • Collaboration Work closely with the agent and sales team to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.

    • What Were Looking For

    Required :

  • Current Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses preferred or must obtain within 30 days of hire (agent-paid licensing).
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn insurance software systems.
  • Organized, dependable, and a team player with a willingness to help others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Preferred :

  • Prior insurance experience (not required but a plus).
