Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate schedule management for team members, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with schedule management and coordinating multiple calendars.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and contract negotiations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
