You will report to the Senior Manager, Risk Management.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034

Position Compensation Range:

Primary Accountabilities
- You will identify and analyze risks to the organization utilizing an understanding of the Enterprise's business, operating structure and the insurance industry and adjacent industries.
- You will lead routine risk assessment, management and monitoring activities.
- You will drive collaboration and develops strong working relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise.
- You will support us with enterprise risk-smart culture through education including risk identification and management.
- You will develop and monitor processes consistent with the enterprise view of risk and risk tolerance goals.
- You will support continuous improvement in analysis processes, data gathering, formal reporting.
- You will establish, improve and maintain enterprise-wide reporting.
- You will participate, and present on cross departmental team efforts.
- You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Solid knowledge and understanding of risk management methods, standards, processes, governance models, and industry standard risk analysis approaches.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of insurance, industry trends and adjacencies.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating group discussions. Skills to influence these discussions are developing.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience establishing positive relationships with stakeholders that allow for effective counseling and negotiating.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects to their completion.
