In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the following office location: Madison, WI.
Position Compensation Range:
$78,000.00 - $128,000.00Pay Rate Type:

Primary Accountabilities
- Develops performance-based learning solutions to meet business needs.
- Uses technology to design innovative learning solutions incorporating multiple formats and relevant adult learning activities, including e-leaning, blended learning, classroom, and virtual instructor-led material.
- Develops and implements testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that learning content adheres to current adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Keeps current on industry trends and best practices and uses that knowledge to enhance design skills and ensure a quality learning experience for participants.
- Works with subject matter experts, when necessary, to ensure that content appropriately addresses business partner learning needs.
- Gathers input and feedback on the effectiveness and usability of the training materials and programs during the development process. Revises content as needed.
- Follows defined instructional design standards when developing or updating materials.
- May lead functional teams or projects.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering online, instructor-led or blended learning programs related to leadership or management development.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills which support culture and strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with content design and development tools and languages.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of agile development and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 25%.
