Warehouse Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, supply chain, and transportation systems. Responsibilities: - Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and production planning - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors - Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the movement of goods throughout the supply chain - Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery - Implement materials management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts - Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation planning software - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Pay: $58,396.00 - $60,523.00 per year
