Job Description
- Works closely with business leaders and Colleagues to gain an in-depth understanding of the business strategy, Customers, processes, systems, products and services, challenges and the context in which the business operates in. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring that business and technical requirements are written in sufficient detail for the development and testing teams and communciated in a clear manner to the business stakeholders. Understands, communicates, and negotiates the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Accountable for the successful delivery of business analysis output and documentation on assigned projects, usually large-sized with high complexity and /or high business risk. This includes understanding the true business and Customer needs, eliciting business and technical requirements, and educating and challenging the business stakeholders to ensure solution options that align with organization's strategic goals. Aids in solution evaluation, selection, and implementation as appropriate
- Drives change through questioning current assumptions and processes, challenging business stakeholders and project teams to anticipate Customer’s future needs, and by employing change management tools and techniques.

- Ability to motivate and guide less experienced Business Analysts
- Professional Business Analysis designation from an accredited body strongly preferred (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, IIBA CDBA, etc.)
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology experience a plus.
- Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner
- Insurance industry coursework or designations, strongly preferred.
