Account Manager - Greater Lowell, MA

At American Fidelity Assurance, we are seeking an Account Manager to support the Greater Lowell, MA area. This salaried role is responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory with an existing customer base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Focusing on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community
• Consulting with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
• Building strong relationships with customers and association executives
• Developing customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations
• New account development opportunities
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking strongly preferred
