The Executive Protection Specialist will be responsible for the safety and security of executives, VIPs, and other high-profile individuals. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive security plans.
- Provide close protection to executives and VIPs during travel, events, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and other security personnel to ensure seamless protection.
- Monitor and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct advance site surveys and secure locations prior to client arrival.
- Operate and maintain security equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to firearm use.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and risk management.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond to emergencies.
- Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification in executive protection or related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel in the United States and Internationally (passport required)
- Completion of a recognized firearms training program
- Valid firearm permit and demonstrated proficiency in firearm use.
