- Provide seamless support throughout the loan process, keeping things moving efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both phone and email) with a professional and friendly approach.
- Ability to stay organized, efficient, and positive during stressful times for homebuyers.
- Detail-oriented with a self-drive to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Experience with Non-QM loans (30% of our business).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment, generating 70 referrals monthly.
