JOB SUMMARY
The Jr. PNC Processor is responsible for all purchase no contract pre-approvals to ensure the transaction is smooth and files are pre-approved in a timely manner, in an effort to increase contract conversion.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Processing knowledge to include purchase transactions and Conventional, FHA, VA loan product types
- Experience with USDA and Down Payment Assistance programs a plus
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office and specialized mortgage software
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google and Gmail
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma/GED required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to pre-approve Credit and Income on all PNC transactions within 24-48 hours of receiving the file
- Work with Sales team to ensure contact is being made with the borrower on all PNC transactions
- Work with Sales and Underwriting team to ensure processing issues and suspended files are being resolved
- Be available for pipeline coverage as a back up to the processing team during PTO or Sick days
- Maintain minimum production expectations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Assist department with other tasks as needed and assigned by department manager
