Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and coordinating with various departments to maintain compliance with quality management systems. The Quality Control Inspector will utilize various inspection tools and techniques to ensure product integrity and reliability.
Duties
- Responsible for inspecting all raw and auxiliary materials used in production and conveying the inspection results to relevant departments.
- Collect quality standards for raw materials and require suppliers to provide corresponding quality assurance certificates.
- Collect feedback from various processes on the use of materials and accept materials in accordance with product production and quality standards requirements.
- Collect sealed or incoming samples of materials that directly affect product quality and provide technical testing of material properties and traceability of product quality when necessary.
- Summarize the acceptance status of raw and auxiliary materials at the end of each month, analyze the quality of the same material from different suppliers, and submit it to the quality center.
- Track the use of newly tested raw materials after acceptance and record the quality.
- Keep relevant quality records and preserve samples of raw and auxiliary materials.
- Responsible for the use and daily maintenance of inspecting equipment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Education and Qualifications
- One to three year's experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and quality management principles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining independence in decision-making related to quality issues.
- Bilingual (English and Chinese or Spanish) preferred but not necessary.
