Recruiting Specialist – Staffing Coordinator
Location: Mt. Prospect, IL (Northwest suburb of Chicago)
Job Type: Full-time in Office (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)

What We’re Looking For
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s needs by managing the recruitment process for assigned positions. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure the organization meets its staffing requirements. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with Management to identify, attract, and select top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including utilizing really, Linked in, and other effective resources.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, comprising resume analysis, interviews and offers.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies.
- Build strong relationships with managers to understand staffing needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and HR processes
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work skills
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (really, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.), social media sourcing, and internal databases
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail and Customer Service oriented
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring needs
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to relate effectively with all levels of applicants
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
