- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, including video interviews, office visits, phone screenings, and debriefs.
- Handle candidate logistics such as travel arrangements, room bookings, and processing expenses as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure smooth coordination.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to provide an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer preparation and various recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role.
- Previous exposure to management consulting, financial services, or other professional services industries is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to handle complex scheduling and document management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a bonus.
- A basic understanding of recruiting policies and employment laws is advantageous.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Comfortable managing a heavy calendar and handling scheduling across multiple time zones.
