We are a unique welding job shop that specializes in friction welding or inertia welding. We are one of only a handful of North American companies that provides friction welding services. Our equipment includes over 14 friction welding machines, ranging from 4-ton to 250-tons. Our diverse customer base is comprised of companies from the construction, agricultural, pump, and automotive industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices and assist suppliers with account inquiries.
- Prepare AP payments.
- Prepare and send AR invoices and assist customers with account inquiries.
- Process AR cash receipts including depositing checks.
- Assist with AR Collections Process.
- Complete month end tasks for Controller.
- Prepare weekly payroll edit reports for payroll processing.
- Close Make to Order Jobs.
- Print Make to Order Jobs.
- Organize office luncheons for employees and visitors.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, shredding, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Purchase office supplies.
- Manage the front entrance and create “Welcome” notifications for visitors.
