Job Purpose:
The Accounting Assistant embodies our company values as they provide high-volume support to various functions within our esteemed accounting and finance department, demonstrating a commitment to honor commitments and uphold accuracy in financial processes. Additionally, they extend administrative assistance to our extensive network of heavy-duty truck dealerships situated across the Midwest region, creating positive experiences through their attentive and efficient service. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Work Location: In the office, Hartland, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive all factory invoices from manufacturers: Dedicate yourself to delivering on promises made to our customers and stakeholders by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all invoices from manufacturers. This meticulous attention to detail maintains trust and reliability in our financial transactions.

- Provide excellent customer service: Strive to create positive experiences for our customers and stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service. Foster Lifelong Learning:
- Participate in month-end close: Embrace a culture of lifelong learning by actively participating in the month-end close process. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that we remain informed and adaptable, driving better decision-making and financial performance.
Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:
- Complete and file International Fuel Tax Association quarterly and annual filings: Demonstrate a pioneering spirit in compliance and regulatory adherence by completing and filing International Fuel Tax Association filings. By staying ahead of regulatory requirements, we ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
- Routinely audit balance sheet accounts associated with vehicle sales: Exercise good stewardship by routinely auditing balance sheet accounts associated with vehicle sales. This proactive approach ensures accuracy and transparency in financial reporting, minimizing errors and mitigating risks.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 year Accounting degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Data entry with strong 10-key skills
- High Attention to detail
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Excel and Google Application skills
