Managing Attorney, Community Justice Project
The Managing Attorney is responsible for :
- Implementation and monitoring of AFSC’s Community Justice Legal Services Project in Red Bank, NJ.
- Supervising and mentoring legal staff and providing substantive legal support on cases.
- Providing direct legal representation.
- Participation in statewide and nationwide immigration-related advocacy activities.
- Participation in immigrant rights program activities.
- Developing pro se clinics and community legal orientations.
- Facilitating training sessions for advocates.
- Organizing legal screenings and workshops for low-income immigrants.
