Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (additional licensure in other states a plus)
- Proven knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and applicable laws in relevant practice areas
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships
- Experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, and general litigation preferred (or willingness to learn and expand expertise)
