General Responsibilities: The QC Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet the customer specified standards as well as the company’s safety standards. This role supports the company by providing quality testing, product verification, machine calibrations, and data reporting.

General Responsibilities: The QC Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet the customer specified standards as well as the company’s safety standards. This role supports the company by providing quality testing, product verification, machine calibrations, and data reporting.
Essential Job Functions
- Thorough understanding of customer requirements
- Collecting production samples from the production floor and performing required tests
- Notifying production staff immediately of any and all out-of-specification conditions
- Maintaining required retains and files in correct order and location
- Maintaining copies/files of test and production data
- Communicating quality issues with inter/intra-departmental staff and management
- Assists with maintaining quality of cosmetic, fit, form, and function of WIP and finished goods products
- Providing general analysis support to all departments, as needed
- Decision Making : Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance in a fast-paced environment
- Communication : Possesses strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
