What You'll Do
This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets), bingo paper and bingo dabbers.
This position will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to accounts in Oklahoma. This position will also provide support across the organization, including warehouse and office related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience managing accounts and providing exceptional client support. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to assist with warehouse and administrative tasks as needed. Additionally, they should be comfortable operating machinery, handling inventory, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Manage sales and customer service for OK Accounts and other markets as needed.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing general customer support and follow-ups.
- Assist walk-in customers and facilitate product deliveries.
- Support warehouse functions, including unloading trucks and organizing freight.
- Pull and prepare orders for customer deliveries and shipments.
- Assist with loading and scheduling carriers.
- Conduct physical inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Invoice customer orders and process customer deposits.
- Perform general office and accounting tasks as needed.
- Assist the Office Manager with various administrative duties.
- Carry out other assigned duties as required.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in area of responsibility.
- Ability to operate machines to achieve desired results with minimal assistance.
- Ability to read and follow instructions to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to operate computer proficiently.
- Troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position.
- Effective in time management.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and selfdirect work, and in a team-oriented environment.
- Aptitude to learn new computer software.
- Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
