Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at American Grand Assisted Living Suites. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare providers.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and community involvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of home health practices and senior care principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to develop care plans based on individual resident needs.
