WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Unarmed Field Supervisor

Work Schedule

Must have the Open availability to be scheduled to work any & all of the 3 Work Shifts to meet Company's needs if need be.

Day Shift

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Swing Shift

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Over Night Shift

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitor CCTV and check-in clients (If Applicable to site)
• Supervise a team of unarmed security officers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of client sites to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, documenting findings and taking appropriate action.
• Provide guidance and support to security officers in the field, resolving issues and conflicts as needed.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid security guard card or willingness to obtain/renew it with the company's support.
• Prior Supervisor Experience
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
