Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by the State.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain a State of Washington Guard License or have an active Washington Guard License.
• Must have a Social Security Card, Driver's License/State Identification Card, and either a Birth Certificate or Passport to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential).

Qualifications:

• Outdoor Work: Must be able to work outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, sun, and weather elements.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and other days of the week as required.
• Physical Endurance: Must be able to stand in place for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Communication: Must have effective verbal communication skills, with clear, respectful, and appropriate communication to all guests.
• Fluency in English: Must be able to work fluently in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Dependability: Must be reliable and able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Licensing: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid State of Washington Flagger Certification Card.
• TWIC Card: Must be able to obtain a TWIC Card (employer assistance provided).
