What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Secretary position at American Handi Services?
The Office Secretary will play a critical role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting expatriates, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Support accounting with AP functions. Minimal QBO experience preferred, but not required.
The office secretary will:
-Communicate with handy men in the field
-Take inbound service calls
-Create estimates with aid form contractors
-Send out invoices through QuickBooks Online
-Follow up with inbound leads
-Use Jobber and other scheduling applications as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.07 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
