Duties
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting, including online lead generation and attending industry events.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable health, life and supplemental insurance policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to effectively analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities.
- Comfortable with prospecting and generating new leads.
- High integrity, commitment to compliance, and a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, competitive, achievement-oriented, and a team player.
- You need to have or be able to obtain your state license. We can help you obtain one if needed.
Compensation
- This is a six to seven figure compensation plan.
