As a Patient Care Liaison, you will play a vital role in supporting the admissions and nursing teams by assisting with non-clinical tasks that enhance the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining patient areas, delivering meal trays, and tending to small details that contribute to residents’ comfort. Additionally, you will provide transportation services, helping ensure seamless care coordination with community partners. PCL Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Implement Customer Service Program
- Act as an internal liaison & customer service resource for family members, residents, and visitors
- Schedule resident transports
- Respond to calls in a timely manner
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer knowledge & data entry skills
