Position Overview :
As a National Account Executive (Non-QM Wholesaler) in our call center, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by reaching out to prospective mortgage brokers via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services, and ultimately driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced office environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include :
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of the mortgage lending business.
- Conduct outbound calls, text messages, and emails to engage with prospective mortgage brokers.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
