The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of student enrollments as well as maintaining and overseeing all aspects of student records.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain student data in student information systems
- Responsible for accounts receivable as well as collection calls as needed
- Responsible for entering all new student information and tracking space availability
- Responsible for generating and processing yearly re-enrollments
- Assisting other departments with updates to all applicable systems
- Fulfill internal and external student records request
- Answer immigration questions for internal departments for new and returning students.
- Provide requested reports to the Administration as requested
- Answer questions regarding student accounts via phone/email
- Attend meetings as requested to provide enrollment and waitlist data
- Maintain database for Admissions waitlist
- Review commission invoices for accuracy and process
- Responsible for managing Tuition Grants with all aspects in regards to the tuition grant program, including assisting families with questions in regard to submitting applications
- Assist with Business Office window as needed
- Initiating I-20s for all new foreign students
- Endorsing I-20s throughout the year as needed
- Registering all foreign students as required in SEVIS
- Providing invoices to foreign families so countries abroad release tuition funds
- Assist Athletics with foreign student Visa status and I-94 in order to be eligible to participate in sports
- Meet with families as needed in regard to the withdrawal of a student
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a high-volume office setting
- Administrative assistant experience preferred but not required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Technologically savvy and ability to adapt to new software quickly
- Self-motivated
- Completes tasks independently
- Must be able to multitask
- Professional in all situations
- Seasonal Overtime may be required
- Travel between offices may be required
- The ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
