Administrative Support Specialist

American Home Design is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist for our Call Center team!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing Call Center department in Goodlettsville, TN. If you're someone who enjoys data, reporting, and helping a team run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit for you!

About the Role:As a Call Center Admin, you'll play a key role in tracking performance metrics, ensuring lead data is accurate, and supporting payroll processing for our Events team. You'll help keep our team on track by identifying issues in real-time and communicating them effectively to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and update daily performance numbers for all Call Center agents
• Monitor agent attendance and maintain up-to-date attendance records
• Compile and distribute internal reports
• Ensure lead flow is accurate and properly sourced
• Monitor lead response times to ensure timely follow-up
• Process weekly payroll for the Events department
