American Home Design is looking for a Retail Field Marketing Manager to oversee our in-store promoters at Home Depot Stores as well as our Marketing Events in the Knoxville area.

We are looking for an energetic individual who is a great coach and leader. The ideal candidate has retail or sales management experience and some sales experience. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, recruiter, and motivator.

Scope of Responsibility :

• Our Retail Field Marketing Manager is responsible for interviewing, training, hiring, and motivating Home Depot promoters who work in ten Knoxville area stores who generate surveys. Managing the promoters involves holding them to the hourly survey expectations, scheduling their shifts, and pulling payroll reports. This role will continually nurture a positive relationship with the Home Depot store managers and employees. This involves store-approved contests and product training to encourage more leads from the local stores. This position has some local travel and we have several weekly meetings that you would attend. You will be trained to manage sales and marketing reports to ensure we are on track with our goals. While your primary focus will be the promoters and the stores, seeking out additional marketing opportunities to promote our products at local events or assistance with marketing efforts will be expected.
