Job Description
As a member of the marketing team, the Associate Marketing Manager will assist in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness. Individuals in this role will be involved in creating content for a variety of projects and mediums, enhancing SEO performance, assisting with developing marketing initiatives and other projects as needed. They will be responsible for creating high-quality copy for websites, email, marketing materials and other platforms.
What Youll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- iTrip is a service minded organization and involves serving customers from within the Inhabit organization and externally including current and prospective franchisee(s), property owners and rental guests. As such, all applicants should enjoy collaborating and working with multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment.
- Primary function will be writing, content creation, and blog posts. Examples of work or a portfolio is encouraged to showcase past marketing work and/or projects.
- Process and adapt writing style and voice to serve the audience for each piece of content created internalizing feedback to continually grow and develop a strong and consistent brand voice.
- Edit and proofread copy from third-party providers for correct grammar, punctuation, and brand guidelines; strong attention to detail is required.
- Assist with franchise onboarding materials and marketing best practices.
- Grow follower base by creating and posting content on iTrip corporates Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) accounts. Know which platform different kinds of content best perform.
- Pull monthly marketing performance reports; be able to present data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure iTrip franchisees follow brand guidelines in all communications.
- Optimize copy and landing pages, provide content recommendations and strategies for Local SEO for iTrip Franchisees.
What Were Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing content heavy role, preferably in the vacation rental, franchise industry, or marketing agency environments.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to write for various audiences; blog writing experience in a variety of industries required
- Wordpress experience required; Canva experience preferred
- Strong aptitude for interacting with people helping them solve problems with a positive attitude and creativity; ability to communicate professionally in-person, virtually and written.
- Extensive experience being part of the creation, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns
- A working understanding of marketing automation and email marketing tools
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferred; High School diploma required.
