Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR operation.
Responsibilities :
Administering employee benefit programs, including 401k
Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conducting training and development programs
Handling employee relations and resolving issues
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
