What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an excited, detail-oriented team player. As a Production Assistant, your daily tasks will be mostly administrative in nature such as scheduling, answering emails, data entry, and coordination. This position will support the Production Manager and Production team as a whole in our mission to create the systems and support needed for our Directors and actors across the country. This crucial position offers a totally unique experience in active problem-solving through multiple methods of communication. There is a lot of growth potential in this position as our department takes on a wide array of projects, each of which allows for different skill sets to be developed. Work hours would be generally aligned with traditional office hours (9 am - 5 pm) but can or may flex at times depending on needs.
- Upbeat, charismatic attitude and capacity to work as a team member in supporting company goals.
- Comfort in corresponding via email, text, Zoom, and telephone with many actors and directors across the country
- Well organized, especially online in a gmail inbox and spreadsheets
- Navigating websites to book hotels and rentals cars through company accounts
- Ability to function independently while keeping in close communication with team leadership.
- Skills in Google Suite, especially Sheets tracking information from many sources and Docs for note-taking
- Great eye for detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Appetite for problem-solving, constructive feedback, growth, and opportunity.
