The ideal candidate will be passionate about immigration law and providing high-quality legal services to clients seeking assistance with Asylum cases, visas, green cards, naturalization, and deportation defense. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, research legal issues, prepare and file legal documents, and represent clients before immigration authorities and courts. You will also collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, analyze case law, and stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and policies.
