If so, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with diagnostic ability who is willing to share their knowledge and help educate the team. We have an exclusive opportunity for an Automotive Production Manager in sunny Venice, Florida. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating work assignments, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere, collaborating closely with management, and more. While ASE Certifications are preferred, mechanical expertise is essential. Our shop services a wide range of vehicles, including fleet vehicles, and diesel, foreign, and domestic models. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and contributing to our continued success. Further details about job duties will be discussed during the interview process. You must have an automotive background, specifically with diagnosis, this is a main qualification we are looking for.
We pride ourselves on utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and offering digital inspections to streamline the repair process. Additionally, we are a Napa Gold Certified shop with strong support from Napa Auto Parts. Our safety-focused team provides the tools and equipment needed for your success, including Autovitals Digital Inspections and CRM, Autel MaxiSys, Pro Demand Mitchell 1, a brand-new alignment rack and lifts, Snap-on, and Identifix. However, the best part of this job is our fantastic clientele and dedicated team.
Compensation :
- 2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS after 90 days of employment!
