Your Role :

Qualifications :

Experience Matters : Proven experience in customer service and sales management is a must. Experience in areas like real estate, loan officers, car salesman, construction sales, pest control, solar, or business ownership is ideal.

Self-Motivated : Thrive in a remote work environment, taking initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.

Availability : A minimum of 25 hour weekly commitment is required to be hired. Please do not apply if you can not commit to at least 25 uninterrupted working hours to a new opportunity.

Insurance License : Insurance is a federally regulated industry which means all agents must hold an active state insurance license. If you are not currently licensed but are willing to become licensed have, we encourage you to still apply. We are willing to help the right fit attain the necessary state requirements. Licensing takes about 5-6 days

New agents make between $60,000-$100,000

and managing agents make between $150,000-$200,000
